Education is at the focus of the Hutchinson Theatre Association, and we are excited to provide our second summer of educational theatre programming in 2021 for Hutchinson-area youth Grades 1 - 12. We hope campers and students alike will be able to grow in a broad range of theatre techniques & etiquette, develop lifelong social-emotional skills, grow in friendships, as well as experience the joy of theatre … while having loads of fun!

"ALL the World's A Stage" Summer Theatre Camp
Directed by Landon Butler
When: June 6 - June 17, 2022 M-F 9:00am - 12:00pm

“All the world’s a stage,” as Shakespeare once said, and we have taken that message to heart! Join us for the 2-week All the World’s A Stage Theatre Camp! We will have an absolute BLAST learning not only about many aspects of the stage, acting, and theatre-making, but also life-long social-emotional skills including communication, self-confidence, teamwork, creativity, collaboration, and many more. Through games, group & individual activities, silly dress-up-days, more games, giveaways, performances and even some fun with water, campers will gain many lasting memories through this FUN, educational camp experience! Whether you are a ‘theatre veteran’ or have never stepped onto a stage in your life - this is the camp for you! Bring your friends, all are welcome here and you belong here - join us!

Who’s ready for some Summer FUN?! Join the most energetic Camp Staff around town for the *NEW* Camp Explore to do just that - explore! Explore the vast world of performing and the stage, building life skills in self-confidence, empathy, storytelling, collaboration, and areas of social-emotional intelligence through educational Interactive Reader's Theatre, crafts, games, activities, friendship-building and more! We will have so much fun exploring the value of our *voice, *stories, *energy, and *community, on the stage and beyond.
